This position is an integral part of our company, greeting and assisting walk-in customers inside our retail locations. We are looking for future team members that want to work with people, further their career and advance their managerial abilities while networking with like-minded people.
The Routine:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers inside our retail location
- Sell and promote our client's line of satellite and telecommunication services to both new and existing customers inside major retailer locations
- Communicate product knowledge effectively with customers to inform them of the features, benefits and use of all products and services
- Determine customers' best course of action that includes money saving offers and fits their overall wants/needs
- Finalize transaction for new services by relaying all decisions made via phone to our call center
