(sm) The Bilingual Communications Specialist will
primarily focus on reviewing and managing translation process of multiple
communication materials.  The Bilingual Communications Specialist must be
fluent in English and Vietnamese.

The selected Bilingual Communications Specialist
will support the coordination, development and implementation of miscellaneous
materials, in multiple languages, for UnitedHealthcare businesses. Manage the
translation process for specific UnitedHealthcare products and comply industry wide
regulation for required materials.

Primary Responsibilities:


The Bilingual Communications Specialist will primarily
focus on managing the translation/production process of sales, operational
and/or marketing materials into multiple languages and formats as a member
of a cross-functional team.
Review materials translated/reproduced into alternative
languages, primarily Vietnamese, and formats meeting high quality
standards.
Assist the coordination, development, review and
implementation of communication materials, in multiple languages, used to
support the sale of UnitedHealthcare businesses’ products and services.
Support the development and translation of new
Vietnamese marketing materials and campaigns including online and
multi-media efforts. 
Work with various vendors to produce error-free
translated documents and ensure the quality of materials up to enterprise
standard and industry regulations.
Assist in the translation and edition of multiple
materials into Vietnamese.
Serve as a translation resource for the entire
department. 
Support managers with multicultural material requests.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


HS Diploma/GED
2+ years professional experience translating materials between Vietnamese and English (candidate will be asked to provide samples of translation work)
Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English (speak, read, and write)
Must be able to track data, sort, and filter in MS Excel Must be able to create and modifying documents in MS WordExperience managing multiple projects with competing priorities within a large matrix environment


Preferred Qualifications:


Project Management experience
Marketing experience
American Translation Association Certification
Experience with Healthcare Benefit Materials
