JOB DESCRIPTION

We're currently seeking an Escrow Officer for a contract opportunity in Phoenix, AZ with our partner, one of the leading providers of title insurance, technology and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment for one of the nation's largest title insurance companies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for reviewing HUDs for approval
• Communicate with the closing coordinators
• Assist closing coordinators with title clearance (commitment and document review)
• Assist with policy requests and review
• Assist Disbursements Dept. when needed
• Knowledge of client online banking systems
• Sign escrow checks
• Handle customer service calls
• Work closely with Closing Teams when issues arise
• Assist with all post-closing issues
• Hold and maintain an Escrow Officer license by attending or participating in webinar training sessions for required continuing education credits
• Perform all other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This is a 3+ month contract position
• Hours for the position are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
