About this job
Aerotek Architecture and Engineering is looking for a construction superintendent who has experience with school or government type projects. Candidates must know how to run a project and manage multiple subs (may manage up to 50 subs on some projects). Will also need good communication skills (will be working with architects, owners, etc.)
Candidates must be flexible for work hours. Projects will be withing a 60 mile radius from Louisville.
Client pays 100% of medical insurance and has profit sharing plan that candidates will be eligible for. Client also offers project completion bonuses and team yearly bonuses. Superintendents typically make over 80,000 a year.
