Job Description:
Educational Travel Specialist generates new accounts in the student educational travel industry by developing relationships with educators and promoting our programs. Our sales system has been developed and proven by highly successful business leaders in our organization. First year annual compensation is in the mid 45K's and each year going forward successful Travel Specialist earn in excess of $75K – some over $100K. We offer the ability to personally experience educational travel programs plus discount travel opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous sales experience is preferred
Success is contingent on candidates who:
Are highly self-motivated self-starters
Have a strong work ethic
Have demonstrated success influencing, coaching and directing others
Possess excellent communication skills
Are coachable and willing to learn and apply proven strategies
Employee will be required to travel to our office in Houston for work as well as maintain a home office. Based upon your performance in the role, a successful ETS will earn the opportunity to become home based with periodic visits to the office.
