Janitorial Shift Lead @ DIA - Full-time / Part-time

ALL SHIFTS ARE OVER NIGHTS between 9:00pm and 4:30am.We are a fast growing local owned company, needing an individual that has as much passion to grow as we do! A Shift Lead's purpose is to run solid shifts from beginning to end in the absence of a Supervisor or Manager. They are expected to keep buildings in an orderly condition running a crew of 4-6 people, and clean as well as assist Supervisors in the daily duties.  Duties to be performed include:

• Able to work with and lead a team.
• Display professional conduct and appearance at ALL times
• Maintain all equipment and inform Supervisor of broken or needed equipment.
• Mix water and detergents (or acids) in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. While following all safety regulations.
• Must be extremely trustworthy and reliable.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and adhere to time and quality requirements.
• Rinse, wash, and polish kitchen equipment with provided detergents so that all gunk and debris is removed and ready for food preparation the following day (including but not limited to broilers, ovens, refrigerators, stoves, sinks, etc. as instructed)
• Sign in and out staff for shifts when Supervisor not available.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and/or vacuum to keep building floors clean using provided equipment.

Qualifications:

• 1 year varifiable leadership experience 
• Ability to change and adapt with a growing company
• Express a positive attitude at all times
• Have reliable transportation (car)
• High school diploma or GED
• Handle physical labor without complaining
• Must be able to routinely bend at the knees
• Must have strong communication skills
• Pass 10 year background check with DIA
