DescriptionA Program Coordinator will manage the day to day activities, budgets and schedules for the programs they supervise. Program Coordinators ensure all consumers are properly managed and cared for, including implementing programs and services for the consumers. The Program Coordinator also manages, hires, trains and schedules staff; and coordinates activities and appointments of consumers served, and maintains records

Initial Training Requirement--Paid Training:
Approximately 40 hours of mandatory paid training sessions are offered to new employees prior to providing care to individuals.

Qualifications
What we require of you:
- At least one to two years of related experience working with adults with development disabilities
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Must be on call for the programs you support during the week and on a rotation for all programs during the weekend.
- Strong Word, Excel and Outlook experience
