The successful Home Care Consultant is committed to the growth of our organization and responsible for maximising our existing referral relationships, as well as seeking out and establishing new referral sources.
As the Home Care Consultant, you are responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, sourcing candidates and identifying opportunities for them. Revenue is to be generated from a variety of Sales and Marketing duties, including researching and pursuing new referral sources and enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources. You would also be responsible for reporting results in moving relationships forward on a weekly basis, discussing successes and opportunities, and demonstrating documented progress and inquiry production in Sales/Marketing/Networking areas.
Your abilities will include; excellent communication, driven, energetic, and a strong desire to deliver and achieve.
