Bai Brands has exciting fast-paced Call Center opportunities at our Customer Support Center in North Atlanta, GA. Our agent schedules include night and/or weekend work unless otherwise.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following: a minimum of one (1) year previous customer service experience; strong communication (written, verbal and listening), decision-making, and problem-solving skill; a positive approach to customer service; excellent time management/organizational skills (ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously); good computer and typing skills (25 words per minute). This incumbent must be a demonstrated self-starter and self-manager.
