Baker - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Baker.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

LaMar's Donuts is now hiring full-time Bakers!  Experience not needed but preferred. Bakers must have open availability and be able to work on weekdays and weekends.

Baker Responsibilities include:

• Taking and recording temperatures of dry yeast-raised mix, water and dough
• Weighing and mixing the raw materials according to recipes
• Rolling and cutting the dough, hand-making other yeast-raised products
• Controlling the temperature and humidity of the proofer
• Placing products on screens to be placed in the proofer (if applicable)
• Frying all cake and yeast-raised donuts
• Finishing and decorating of products
• Stocking the front of the store
