Enrollment Specialist

Enrollment Representative needed for national company in Asheville, NC. This will be a 3-9 month contract with the opportunity for an extension.
M-F, 8-5pm
Pay: $14/hour
Job Description:
Managing SalesForce tickets assigned to the individual. Review and fulfill the request. Reply to the customer with professionalism.
Updating our customer databases accurately. Our department effects our new customer's impression on our company. Errors in our databases can cause financial issues for our customers and our company and possible breaches in Protected Health Information.
Supporting our team mates and other internal departments. We want to look like a cohesive group to our customers and we need to be team players who will travel down any road to help with the primary mission.
