We’re currently seeking the right internal team member to lead our growing business in Central Massachusetts. Service Center Manager and Service Center Manager II positions both available! Currently considering internal candidates only.
Internal Employee Qualifications:
Current Positions Considered: ASCM or SCM level only. Some Sr. Technicians may be considered if they possess an outstanding record with the company.

• Successful record of 2+ years in “red shirt” position.
• Track-record of success in relevant business metrics.
• Has SuperPro Certified entry-level technicians and contributed significantly to SuperPro training for Sr Technician and CSA team members.
• Embraces a SuperPro culture. Lives by our VIOC Vision and Values.
• Drive for success, eager for growth, motivated to win.
• Willing and able to relocate permanently to Central Massachusetts (Worcester/Marlboro/Hudson areas) – REQUIRED. THIS IS A RELOCATION POSITION TO MASSACHUSETTS.
