Press Brake Operator - 1st or 2nd shift - Full-time / Part-time

We are��looking for a setup-level press brake candidate that can work with little supervision, and assist other operators on 1st or 2nd shift. They will be working with Cincinnati or LVD presses, and will have additional fabrication responsibilities around the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Working from routings, method layouts and prints, determine proper forming sequence of the tooling.
-Selects, positions, and aligns tooling in machine ram and bed.
-Programs the controller to set specified pressure of ram and clearance between tools and sets stops on machine bed.
-Complies with the requirements of the ISO Quality Management System and the departmental procedures and work-aids.
-Basic quality inspection & delivers first piece to inspection for verification of dimensions and conformance to requirements.
-Uses standard measuring equipment.
-Standard sheet metal math skills.
-Standard blueprint reading skills
-Document in process inspection data.
