Recruiter

Aerotek is currently seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to work at one of our clients in the St. Louis area. This is a 5 month contract position.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience; corporate or agency recruiting
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter; strong sourcing techniques
• Ability to source passive job seekers
• Experience working on an applicant tracking system
• Bachelors Degree Required

Job Description:

• Perform front end sourcing for up to 60 roles, focusing on Engineering and Scientific skill sets
• Take directive from lead recruiter and utilize various sources to generate candidates for the current openings
• Use alternative sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Careerbuilder to identify potential candidates
• Conduct some introductory phone screens with potential candidates
