Systems Training Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description:

• The Loan Origination System Training Specialist-SFL Production primary job responsibility is for the preparation, facilitation and support of the loan origination system (LOS) training. The duties include but are not limited to providing LOS training for new hire orientation, system launch, program interaction with the system, fraud awareness and compliance features in the system. The Loan Origination System Training Specialist may also assist with the development of SFL Business partner knowledge of the LOS, when appropriate.
• The Loan Origination System Training Specialist is expected to quickly develop a high level of expertise around the LOS and will be an ongoing resource for Loan Officers after the initial training class. Training responsibilities may include but are not limited to training development and delivery, administrative duties, knowledge of company policy, procedures, products, technical, sales and customer service. The Loan Origination System Training Specialist is expected to offer a high level of customer support to our SFL partners; this will require travel and the ability to work flexible schedules that are based on business needs.
• Primarily responsible for the facilitation of LOS system training in both the new hire training and during the launch and update of our new/improved LOS
• Facilitate webinar training as assigned.ï‚·
• Complete special projects as requested and handle various administrative duties as required.ï‚·
• Act as a technical advisor, problem solver and resource to locate the appropriate subject matter expert for SFL questions.ï‚·
• Provide exceptional service to SFL team members by being professional, efficient, and projecting a positive attitude.ï‚·
• Ability to work independently on delegated projects.ï‚·
• Perform all other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related job experience
• Experience in the single family lending industry preferred.
• Previous experience in LoanQuest or Encompass preferred.
• Previous experience in SFL Production or OPs, a plus.
• Experience in various training technology and medium such as on-line, webinar and live classroom training is a plus.
• Knowledge of adult learning and learning styles, a plus.
• Excellent grammatical, oral, written and proofreading skills, with ability to express oneself clearly and effectively.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office products.
• Must be a proactive and positive advocate for SFL training and employee development.
• Desire and ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently.
• Ability to accept and facilitate change, whether indicated by corporate needs, market, or regulatory requirements.
• Ability to accept responsibility, and handle confidential information.
• Strong ability, desire and enjoyment in working with others, in a cooperative, professional and friendly spirit.
• Versatility and ability to keep up with the changes in the banking industry and technology.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, be constructive and be flexible in doing various assignments.

• Travel to designated training locations will be required during the LOS launch. Occasional travel may be expected after the LOS launch.
• Valid driver's license, access to vehicle and liability insurance.
