**Driving is a requirement at this location, you must be 21 or older with no points in last 3 years on your DMV record to be cleared for our driving program.**

Duties include:
• Serve as the point of contact for the center management office.
• Provide Assistance to customers, vendors, merchants and staff.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Coordinate appropriate incident response from Security Officers, Fire, Police and/or EMS personnel in compliance with the Mall’s Security Program.
• Record incoming and outgoing radio transmissions, incident reports and all activities related to the Security Department.
• Check office supply orders for accuracy.
• Assist the management staff with projects or administrative duties as needed.
• Troubleshoot and solve customer service issues as they arise.
• Serve as a source of information regarding the mall property.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Driving is a requirement at this location, you must be 21 or older with no points in last 3 years on your DMV record to be cleared for our driving program.s.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid Guard License as required in the state for which you are applying.
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
  • Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9am-5pm


Essential Physical and Mental Functions
  • Stand or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet)
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Occasionally bend/twist at waist/knees/neck to perform various duties
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
