Duprey Hospitality, LLC is seeking a team oriented and experienced General Manager to oversee the hotel operation of its Courtyard by Marriott located in Concord, NH. The General Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue measures while ensuring and delivering guest satisfaction and maintaining brand standards. The General Manager will direct all departments in the hotel and is responsible for supporting the department managers while holding them accountable for strategy execution. The General Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to ensure the delivery of solid business results to the owner.

Some responsibilities include:

Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times Develop short and long-term financial and operational plans for the hotel, which support the overall objectives of the company Develop annual budget and capital expenditure plans Monitor the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and monthly financial reports Implement and maintain local and national sales/marketing programs Establish and maintain a pro-active Human Resource function to ensure associate motivation, training and development, wage/benefit administration, and compliance with established labor regulations Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints Establish and maintain applicable preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the hotel Inspect property on a regular basis and enforce the implementation of actions toward the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel and guest satisfaction Maintain a security function, which protects both the assets of the hotel and the personal safety of associates and guests Implement and maintain effective two-way communication systems which cross departmental lines and reach all associates Develop new programs which result in an increased level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence Manage in compliance with established company policies and procedures as well as with local, state, and federal laws and regulations Select, train, and direct department supervisors and other associates as necessary keeping them well versed in all policies and procedures Continuously be actively involved in the local community and build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers The ideal candidate will have successful management abilities in the hospitality industry; experience with Marriott-brand properties preferred. Must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as well as be on call 24/7 and participate in MOD rotation. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or four to ten years of hospitality management experience preferably at a Marriott brand hotel or equivalent combination of education and experience Exceptional supervisory, communication and leadership skills Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must have strong organizational skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee which controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices.
