About this job
Seeking a full time maintenance technician for an apartment complex in Charleston.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to general work orders from residents in a timely manner
- Perform on call emergency services if needed
- Repairs
- Painting
- Grounds keeping
- Prepares vacant apartments for ready condition
- Reporting to property manager
Requirements:
- Must own basic tools
- Ability to keep professional and courteous attitude with residents and vendors
- 2 + years maintenance experience
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Obtain a valid driver's license and have own transportation
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment including: lifting heavy items, kneeling, being on a ladder, working in a dust filled area
- Can operate power tools and equipment effectively and safely
Must be able to pass background check
