General Manager (3+ Years Of Manager Experience) - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a General Manager (3+ Years Of Manager Experience).

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have 3 or more years experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required.

Family owned, multi unit franchise, is seeking service oriented, energetic, and reliable individual to fulfill the General Manager position for a fast paced chicken concept franchise.

Your duties will include:

• Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
• Supervise and motivate team members.
• Greeting guest upon arrival with an enthusiastic expression.
• Interview and hire adequate staff
• Maintain a working relationship with ownership.
• Conduct crew team meetings as needed.
• Ensure all sanitation and security policies and procedures are enforced to ensure are a safe environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year experience managing people in a fast paced restaurant.
• Open and flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarization with computer, office equipment, and POS systems.
• Marketing experience with a strong background in social media.
• Ability to travel away from home for 30 days to complete training.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
