Assembler / Warehouse Workers needed. All shifts!! - Full-time

Job Description:

Ensures work area cleanliness and safety
Inspects parts to for QA standards
Knows and understands quality requirements for each product.
Follows work instructions during the manufacturing process.
Reports information to appropriate quality and production forms.
Able to work within a team oriented environment.
Operation of manual & semi-automatic jobs as well as grinders and other machines.
Alert shift supervisor or shift set-up person of any questionable conditions concerning quality or equipment operation.
Report production and scrap or rejects on daily individual production reports.
Label all boxes, baskets or containers of material type and disposition.
Perform repetitive operations.
Teardown and set up of equipment and tooling according to specifications.
Run extruders and related equipment.
Must be able to enter information obtained using measuring devices into a data collection system.


TOOLS EQUIP. & MEASURING INSTRUMENTS: The Use of, quality gauges, rulers, calipers, general plastics processing equipment hand tools, fixtures and packaging equipment.
