Our customer in Murfreesboro is lookig for 2ND SHIFT Machine Operators for their new production facility. These are all temp-to-hire positions, so this is a great opportunity to get started with an AWESOME company.
Succesful candidates will operate a single step machine (i.e. capper, tube prep, shrink, box, etc) or equipment to meet or exceed performance expectations, optimize machine up-time, and demonstrate safe work practices in this production environment.
May be required to rotate between various machines to ensure efficiency of operations. Will also perform administrative paperwork as required, and engage in housekeeping while working in a safe manner.

Requirements
1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred, High School Diploma or GED required, good communication skills.
