Primary Responsibilities:


Gather and analyze business requirements

Architect/Design Data Warehouse infrastructure and solutions

Develop technical specifications and design documents

Develop, enhance, integrate Data Warehouses/Data Marts and Business Intelligence Solutions

Test Data Warehouses/Data Marts

Deploy and Maintain Data Warehouses / Data Marts

Accountable for ensuring business requirements align with the intended technical solution and within enterprise standards

Provide insight to architectural analysis and translate logical designs to physical database design and structure

Ability to communicate and partner with Project Managers, Business Analyst and business leaders to deliver successful projects

Provide expertise in data verification and quality control standards to ensure reliable and timely reporting solutions and models

Support technical projects regarding risk, scope and delivery estimates

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field of study

3+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience

3+ years of Professional IT experience in a large enterprise environment

3+ years of development experience with hands-on expertise in PL/SQL or comparable RDBMS using advance stored procedures

3+ years of experience in database design; normalization, dimensional modeling and relational designs

A very strong understanding of Data Warehouse and Extract Transfer Load (ETL) concepts 
Preferred Qualifications:


BS in Computer Science

2+ years of Technical Project Lead / Management experience is highly desired

2+ years in the Healthcare Industry or Government Programs such as Medicaid / Medicare

Certification in Oracle, Business Intelligence (BI), Crystal or SQL Server is highly desired

3+ years using Business Objects, Crystal reports or Micro Strategy

3+ years using Informatica, PowerCenter, DataStage, SSIS or equivalent

3+ years using Oracle, Teradata, DB2
