Staffmark has partnered with a leading Logistics company in the O'Hare area that is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to add their organization. If you have previous Accounts Payable experience this could be the job for you!
This is a great opportunity, if you have previously worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk in a logistics industry this could be a fit for you!
Responsibilities:
Process invoices for vendors and check runs
Review and validate change orders, deals cancelled, and credit memos on rebates
Ensure all external party correspondence is resolved timely
Assess impact of new company initiatives on milestone payments and provide feedback/suggestions
Ensure new vendors are setup correctly relating to payment processing
Report changes in construction process

Requirements
- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc) most of the work day;
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Previous Payable and/or Finance experience
