Job Description:
The Secret Bar Shopper will attend venues in the Entertainment District weekly, auditing the bar staff to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction is achieved. Rating will include: customer interaction, pouring, timeliness, cash out, cleanliness of venue, manager presence, and interaction with door staff. Timely assessments are expected and availability to discuss ratings via phone during week required.
