WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales i.e. statistical reports and data on client quality assurance results
- Payroll, Workers Compensation, Disability insurance etc
- Design training programs - cleaning, customer service etc.
- Revise current onboarding model
- Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
- Carry out auditions and orientations
- Check up on cleaners and minor interaction with clients
- Recruit and interview - 3-5 interviews a week - 3-5 hires per month
- Attending Network events to enhance recruiting
- Controls the maintenance of the personnel records in the office
- Revise all company policy and ensure they are in line with labor laws
- Responsible for the interpretation and application of the staff rules, regulations and procedures ensuring uniform application in accordance with company guidelines and labor laws.
- Provides support, guidance and training to staff as required; Design and conduct the review of training needs of staff making appropriate proposals to meet identified needs; Conduct in local salary surveys
- Negotiates staff complaints and maintains harmonious relations with Staff
- Revise handbook
- Manages the advertisement and filling of vacancies, advising applicants on the nature of the responsibilities to be performed as well as entitlements and career prospects
- Map Organizational structure for growth
- Design scheduling strategy to maximize staff
- Design tracking system and follow through with client retention and staffing
- Design workshops and team building
- Design Employee retention strategy i.e. rewards, benefits, daycare
- Scouting work force for future Hub
- Exit interviews
- Designing an employee exit/termination strategy. Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff within the organization.
