● The Event Sales Manager position is a sales position, focused on creating relationships and building awareness in the marketplace in order to sell group events in the store.
● The main objective of an ESM is to sell not only ‘Top-Line' group events within the local market, but to support the bottom line sales and promotions of the store. This will be done by implementing proven programs for groups such as schools and daycares, churches (including youth groups), youth sports organizations and local area businesses.
