Accurately take guest orders
Tender payment in a timely manner
Provide menu and product information
Up sell guests on appropriate menu options
Enthusiastically greet guests upon arrival.
Balance the guest flow and slow the door when necessary
Willing to seek out guests expectations and anticipate their needs.
Assist servers when necessary to include, bussing tables, refilling drinks or any other service requests that are made.
Communicate information to service personnel as appropriate and request feedback from guests as to their level of satisfaction.
Direct guest problems/complaints to the Manager-on-Duty immediately.
Regularly check on-premise restroom facilities (where available) to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation.
