Open the door for guests whenever possible (arriving or leaving).
Greet guests with welcoming smile and seat them in a helpful, courteous, friendly and professional manner.
Have basic knowledge about every position in the restaurant.
When seating every table let them know what the seasonal or daily specials are or if they are there for happy hour etc.
Let them know their server will be with them promptly AND inform the servers and managers that you have seated guests in that section.
Open the door for guests whenever possible (arriving or leaving).
