DISHWASHER
Punch Bowl Social's high volume, chef driven scratch kitchen is looking for a qualified individual to join their team as Dishwasher. This person will be hardworking, dedicated, and experienced in high-volume restaurant scenarios.

Punch Bowl Social Food & Drink is a restaurant, bar, and entertainment concept being developed nationwide. With six existing locations (Austin, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Portland and Schaumburg), Nation's Restaurant News has named us one of the ‘2015 Break Out Brands'.

1. Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and places them in dishwashing machine.
2. Washes and sanitizes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine.
3. Return all cleaned and sanitized dishes/pots to the designed areas.
4. Completes all assigned prep work.
5. Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area throughout entire shift and properly returns trash cans to designated areas.
6. Wash and sanitize work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment and floors.
7. Clean and sanitize garbage cans and trash receptacles.
8. Assembles, maintains and breaks down dish machine.
9. Responsible for cleaning parking lot and removing litter from landscaping as applicable.
10. Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
11. Other duties are required.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
1. Transports cases up to 50 pounds numerous times throughout the shift.
2. Ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on both high and low shelves.
3. Endure hot and damp environment.
4. Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others.

PHYSICAL STANDARDS:
1. Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and loud noise.
2. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry dish racks weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.
3. Ability to stand for long periods of time up to four (4) hours in length and move from area to area in the kitchen.
