GUEST AMBASSADOR
Punch Bowl Social is looking for a qualified individual to join their team as Guest Ambassador. This person will be hardworking, dedicated, and experienced in guest relations and high-volume bar/restaurant scenarios.


Punch Bowl Social Food & Drink is a restaurant, bar, and entertainment concept being developed nationwide. With six existing locations (Austin, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Portland and Schaumburg), Nation's Restaurant News has named us one of the ‘2015 Break Out Brands'.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

1. Greeting each guest that walks in with a smile and welcome.
2. Maintain the overall guest flow of Punch Bowl Social.
3. Continually communicate with the door host, managers, bartenders and servers to insure that an issue is caught before it is an issue.
4. Properly maintain your zone to ensure proper service of our guests and that people are having fun. (Bussing tables, sweeping floors and overall cleanliness)
5. Ensure that empty plates, glasses, silverware are removed from the dining, cocktail and lounge areas. Your zone is to be guest ready at all times.
6. You are expected to be knowledgeable in all things Punch Bowl Social- menu, venue, activities, etc. As the Guest Ambassador, seek the opportunity to answer questions and assist guests.
7. Accurately and efficiently survey Punch Bowl. Constantly travel your zones, hallways and rooms to ensure we are guest ready at all times.
8. Keep vigilant and make sure that your eyes are always on the floor; you should be able to see and respond to guest issues before they happen.
9. Make sure to check restrooms before, (every 30min) during and after every shift.
10. Help the team wherever they might need it.
11. Communicate with management team of any issues or potential problems on the floor.
12. Be ready to assist your service team or guests with any situation.
13. Make sure you are always holding yourself in a professional manor.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
1. Ability to identify state or federal form of IDs from counterfeit forms of identification.
2. Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
3. Transport and carries objects (such as high chair) up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.

PHYSICAL STANDARDS:
1. Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other Team Members.
