Screw Machine Operator - Full-time

: Set up and run production on a Warner & Swassey 6 spindle automatic screw machine. Operator to perform all quality inspection checks and enter results into a computer database regularly. Operator must load 12' bar stock as required and sharpen/adjust tooling to keep the machine producing quality parts.

-Track and enter raw material heat lot data for each production lot
-Weigh count production daily
-Run production band saw when time permits
-Submit daily production labor card
-Keep area clean and trash taken to dumpster
-Take physical inventory annually

Must communicate well with lead person(s) and operations management.
