Restaurant Team Member and Kitchen Positions

We are seeking friendly & energetic individuals to fulfill positions for a fast-paced, casual, Mediterranean restaurant concept that specializes in providing reasonably priced, high-quality, fresh, and all-made-in-house cuisine. Bezoria is designed to have an modern and edgy, yet relaxed atmosphere. 

Bezoria is described as "a new premium build-your-own Eastern Mediterranean restaurant featuring made-to-order traditional Eastern Mediterranean menu items like shawarma meat, falafel, pita and laffa bread, and its famous traditional and zesty hummus. All menu items are house-made (including the breads) with the freshest ingredients with many gluten-free and vegan options available."

- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
- Utilize the POS system correctly and efficiently to complete financial transactions
- Perform other duties associated with position and support other areas of the restaurant as requested by management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Basic math and written communication skills
- Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Great attitude and willingness to learn - must be humble and willing to do things the right way, not the easy way
- Attention to detail - must be willing to make every dish perfectly every time
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time (for BOH)
- Ability to work clean and willingness to keep the kitchen clean at all times even when it's busy 
- Desire to succeed in a team atmosphere and ability to work with others towards a common goal
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
