Deburring Leadperson

DEBURRING LEAD
1st shift

Waukesha County manufacturing facility is looking for an experienced Deburring technician that can take over a lead role in the facility. This position is responsible for grinding, honing, lapping manufactured parts to remove excess materials or burrs from internal or external surfaces.  Competitive wages and benefits.

• Use of microscopes 100% of day.
• Select wheels, dressing and abrasives best suited for type of job.
• Apply and manipulate work to wheels exercising proper pressure and duration to maintain contours, relative shape and close dimensions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule
