As an Internal Communications Coordinator, you will be part of the Internal Communications team which supports enterprise-wide communications. This role specifically supports the Internal Communications team in executing communication plans and maintaining various communication tools.

Job Duties:

· Assists in the development and execution of internal communications plans for the Internal Communications team, which support our internal brand, company objectives and engage associates.

· Designs and produces artwork based off of internal brand guidelines in support of internal communication campaigns

· Upload content and artwork into a variety of content management systems including, but not limited to, company intranet and video hosting site and digital newsletters.

· Create and update weekly digital newsletters.

· Assist in maintaining communications calendar.

· Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communication vehicles.

· Collaborate with Internal Communications team to build creative and comprehensive communication solutions and launch communication plans based on the communication calendar.

Position Requirements:

· Associates or Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, public relations, business, marketing, advertising or design.

· Minimum of 1+ years related experience in corporate communications, internal communications, design agency or related experience in a fast-paced environment

· Advertising agency experience a plus.

· Knowledge of standard illustration, graphic design, typography principles and production procedures

· Ability to utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and similar design software to execute design and production responsibilities

· Ability to understand and interpret creative feedback to produce changes

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Experience managing projects and adhering to strict timelines.

· Ability to build and develop relationships.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

· Extremely flexible with the ability to easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
