*They must be VERY responsive to email inquiries and ongoing client and team communication. As well as be able to communicate professionally.
*Is comfortable working nights and weekends (as needed) and knows how to maintain a good work/life balance.
*Can multitask well in a variety of scenarios.
*Is driven to achieve goals and move the needle for future success.
*Maintains a high awareness of local business drivers and opportinities, i.e. conventions, concerts, games, and events in the city.
*Understands and knows how to use and mine social media for information relevant to gaining contacts and driving business.
