Fairview, PA manufacturer is seeking Full-Time, Temp to Hire, Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots and repairs complex electronic systems such as PLC's and CNC multi-axis controls.
Reads and understands electrical schematics Understands machine tool drawings.
Performs general building maintenance and light construction duties.
Troubleshoots and evaluates electronic machine tools and their controls using electronic test equipment, computer for other diagnostic tools.
Uses and understands ladder logic and CNC programs as they pertain to operation and control of machine tools.
Sets up and operates a variety of machine tools.
Fits and assembles parts to fabricate or repair machine tools.
Observes and listens to operating machine or equipment to diagnose malfunctions and determine need for adjustments or repair.
Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and components of industrial machinery following electrical codes, manuals, blueprints, and other specifications; uses hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
Maintains, troubleshoots, and operates hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and compressor systems and their associated components.
Dismantles machines or equipment (using hand tools or power tools) to examine parts for defects or to remove defective parts.
Replaces defective parts or repairs parts of various kinds machine tools and materials such as: lathes, milling machines, shapers, borers and grinders.
Assembles, tests, and operates machines to verify correction of malfunctions.
May contact suppliers for input in resolving repair or regarding maintenance issues.
May maintain and lubricate machine tools and equipment.
May weld parts, using arc or gas welding equipment.
May repair or replace faulty wiring, switches, or relays.
May enter data into computer.
Maintains records of all performed preventive maintenance.
Schedules maintenance of machines per schedule board.
Requisitions purchasing for maintenance and repair.
Supports TS16949 and other quality management system requirements for the organization.
