Inside Sales Lead Generator (Appointment Setter)

About the Job

A leading office interior restoration and maintenance services company in the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex is searching for talented inside sales representative(s) to assist in business development through appointment setting.

Primary Duties:

- Spend 100% of time on the phone via out bound calling to set up sales calls for the outside sales team
- Identify potential clients in need of office interior services through cold calling
- Utilize a software system to organize, track prospecting activity and call backs
- Work closely with a VP, Sales to schedule appointments

Requirements:

- Ability to work Part-Time (20 hours per week) Monday - Friday between 8:00AM – 12:00PM or 1:00PM to 5:00PM
- Self-motivated and team player
- Excellent phone etiquette with professional phone voice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic PC skills (MicroSoft Outlook/eMail)

- Stable and consistent work history
- Prior lead generation in a business to business environment
- Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting required
