HOUSEKEEPER (FULL-TIME)

 

• We have an opening for a full-time HOUSEKEEPER position.
• Location: St. Vincent Kokomo - 1907 W. Sycamore St, Kokomo, IN 46901.  Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm, every other weekend. Willingness to work holidays.
• Requirement: Prior housekeeping experience is a plus!

Summary: Performs trash duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include collecting and removing trash from the facility and any other light cleaning duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
• Empties and cleans trash containers.
• Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Wipes down glass surfaces.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow associates and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
