We are looking for a Seafood Market Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase sales and maintain superior store reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties and job functions of an experienced Seafood Clerk
- Determine product demand and customer awareness
- Follow approved procedures for receiving product, restocking and product rotation
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
- Follow all inventory control procedures to maximize product freshness, quality, and availability
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Review and optimize marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have High School education or GED equivalent
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
