About this job

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist in our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payables/Accounts Receivables
  • Entering Orders for parts from an existing client base into DBA
  • Provide Customer Service to existing and new client base regarding order statuses and inquiries
  • Take the lead on administrative projects including transitioning all paper orders to the electronic database in DBA
  • Carry out general office duties including filing, faxing, etc
  • Assist in Shipping and receiving

Qualifications:

  • Must have Accounts Payables/ Accounts Receivables experience
  • Has worked in a Manufacturing Office
  • 3-5 years Administrative Assistant Experience
  • Proficient with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite
