Job Summary: If you join our team, you'll work in fast paced, ever-changing, warehouse environments for our client. To join our team you will understand the importance of positive employee relations and consistency. You should be incredibly detail oriented, well organized, and know the importance of following up and willing to work a flexible schedule to support 24x7 facilities. You'll be responsible for direct support of 4 locations and partner with corporate headquarters as needed.

Primary Functions include:
• Act as Main point of contact for communication with all corporate functions and leaders - Compliance, Workers Compensation, Safety, Organizational Development, ER/Legal, Marketing and Finance a
• Demonstrate a specialized knowledge of Employee Relations & Human Resources Effectively communicate potential issues/trends with Workers Comp Team, HR, Safety or other teams
• Demonstrate superior time management skills to complete deliverables in a time sensitive manner Delegate effectively by knowing resources and staff (HR , Safety and Operations) and develops excellent peer relationships within HR and support teams Participate in network level and cross-functional team projects
• Align project plans and staff resources to support company growth and process improvement. This includes assistance in staff hiring, on-boarding and training
• Develop direct reports for career growth Pro-actively identify a development or leadership need within the team and address it successfully

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor' Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Behavior
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Experience
• HR Experience in manufacturing, distribution center
• Knowledge of State and Federal Employment Laws/Regulations
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule as business demands including evenings and weekends
