The Apothecary Team Member is responsible participating in delivering a top notch, exceptional store experience that wows the customer and offers them an exceptional shopping experience. The Apothecary Team Member follows the direction of the Apothecary Department Head.
This individual is Johnny on the Spot - ready and willing to jump into any departmental needs to help and support a job getting done.
Who is the ideal candidate? The ideal candidate has a connection to food, is passionate about the earth and sustainable agricultural practices, loves engaging people and building community, has a sense of humor and can have a good time. This individual will connect with the KWF values of the 3P's: People, Planet, Profit by demonstrating Excellence, Authenticity, Integrity, Consistency and Reliability. The customer experience and team members stand above all else in all aspects of daily operations.
How does this individual work? This person will demonstrate excellent communication and will build rapport and trust with both colleagues and customers. Whatever goals are set by the Apothecary Department Head are achieved with positive attitude and willingness.
What is the expectation of the department experience? KWF team members welcome customers with warmth and genuineness. The department will create an inviting atmosphere with beautiful, abundant well stocked shelves and appealing displays. The space is expected to be a clean and safe environment for our customers and our staff.
How do we make money? The Apothecary Department Head will set benchmarks and everyone is expected to participate in achieving those benchmarks. All team members are expected to follow consistent inventory practices and ensure correct signage is in all the right places. Team members are expected to be knowledgeable or to share a love of learning and to share the story of our products.
How do we treat each other, our customers and our environment? With compassion, understanding the impact of our actions, extending ourselves, saying YES AND, can do attitude, above and beyond, letting our little light shine to share with those around us.
