Staffmark is currently hiring In Home Call Center Representatives for a busy Call Center.
**YOU MUST BE A CURRENT OHIO RESIDENT**

These are Direct Hire opportunities!

We are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals for a high volume call center.

You will be responsible for answering product questions, addressing service problems, opening customer accounts, maintaining customer records, answering inquiries, fulfilling customer requests, maintaining call center database, and providing product/service information.

In this role, you will work 40 hours per week. Candidates should have scheduling flexibility to accommodate the call volume needs. You will have the opportunity to bid on shifts!
Schedule: This call center operates between the hours of 8:00am-11:00pm, 7 days per week, including weekends. (Must be available to work 2nd shift and weekends.)
Pay Rate: $10.00
**Ability to make up to $500 in bonuses each month as well as commission opportunities!

The ideal candidate will have great customer service experience, data entry skills, excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills and phone skills.
Qualified Candidates must have strong computer, writing and typing skills. All candidates will be tested during our interview.
