Job Summary: The Group Reservations Agent will manage phone calls as the first point of contact for prospective and existing group guests. This is a great entry level position for someone interested in starting a career and growing with our company.

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Assist conference attendees by building complete reservations, offering all available essentials.
• Learn details about a variety of products and services offered and accurately relay that knowledge to our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service to a variety of clientele through personalized conversations.
• Ability to use different systems efficiently while entering accurate data.
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
• Demonstrate an ability to take direction by following an established script.
• Able to adapt to ongoing coaching and feedback.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred.
• Call center, hospitality or sales experience preferred.
• Data entry preferred.
• MS Office Suite knowledge preferred.
• Property management software experience preferred: Tour Partner, RPOS, LMS.
• Must have excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to work on the phone for long periods of time.
• Must have a flexible schedule, exceptional time management skills, and attention to detail.
• High level of interpersonal communication and a focus on customer service skills is a must.
• The ability to multitask is required.
