Accounting Clerk - Administrative (5535626) - 19225

Responsibilities of this position include:
Complete preprocessing for all fabricators on a daily basis.
Process all corrections on preprocessing as errors occur.
Reconcile fabricator’s physical inventory reports to Davenport Works ledger for both finished goods inventory and scrap inventory.
Reconcile unapplied fabricator dollars to the ledger .
Conduct physical inventory counts for Alcoa metal located at the fabricators in accordance with the Alcoa FMHB and Davenport Works physical inventory SOP.
Reconcile physical inventory counts.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Solid understanding of business and its fundamentals and drivers
Excellent computer skills including proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Oracle R12, Discoverer, and Alcoa legacy systems.
Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently with little supervision; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form
Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work across functions to initiate, motivate, and drive projects through to completion
Ability to work on multiple tasks and support several customers on a regular basis
