Headway Workforce Solutions is looking to fill an immediate  Administrative Assistant / Project Manager position that will support an Engineering and Project Management team.

Hours 8:30 - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

Temp-Hire Position

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit contractual documents
  • Follow-up to ensure timely receipt of contracts
  • Format and produce deliverables
  • Prepare transmittal letters
  • Create, format and update tables, graphs, and Excel spreadsheets  
  • Assist Project managers with pre-bills 
  • Monitor Supplier invoices & process invoices
  • Assist Project Managers with compliance with corporate Project Management and Quality Guidelines
  • Attend project meetings and prepare minutes

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 -3 years Administrative or Project Management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment with strict deadlines
