ChildCare Center Lead Teacher Older Toddler Classroom

Kiddie Academy of Delran We are currently seeking a canidate for a Lead Teacher Position  This position is guaranteed 40 hours, we don't send staff home when the ratios drop.

The hours are 7:30am-6:00pm 40 hours per week working 4 ten hour shifts (You would have 1 day off each week still being guaranteed 40 hours per week. This gives this position a 4 day weekend every 5 weeks).   

  You must enjoy working with children between the ages of 6 weeks to 6 year olds. This job requires you to feed, change diapers, interact with children and their parents and lift 25 lbs. We are looking for someone to be fun-loving, flexible, and out-going while being able to provide a caring environment. Lead Teachers should have a minimum of a current CDA Credential or be currently enrolled in an Associate Degree program or greater in the field of Education.

Assistant Teachers must have at least a High School Diploma.
