Qualifications:

1) Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)

2) Must have 2-3 years of Administrative experience

3) Any export/freight scheduling experience is a plus.

4) Must Have Microsoft Excel Experience (Basic Formulas)

This candidate will be the assistant to the Inside Sales Manager. They will be responsible for checking/ordering office supplies, making sure the office equipment is operating correctly, and mailing invoices. They will also be responsible for approximately 20 inbound calls, and 25 outbound calls per day. The outbound calls will be placed to carriers letting them know that their cargo is ready and scheduling pickup. In 2-3 months, this candidate will have the opportunity to move into a different role (move up) where they will help more on the customer side, and they will provide training for this.
