Parts Specialist/ Sales - Full-time / Part-time

Parts Specialist/Sales personnel fulfills a critical role in the company's operations by answering phones, interfacing with customers, referencing parts, providing assistance to customers, and participating in inventory. They also provide support to the service department. This is a critical position to ensure that the company is able to locate and secure parts for jobs to be completed in a timely manner.

Job Duties:
Support to Service Department
Support to customers
Parts sales, over the phone and in person
Utilize online resources to secure necessary parts to meet customer needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Answer phones and provide customer service at the counter
Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, rotating Saturdays

Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities:
Good automotive parts experience
Solid verbal, written and phone communication skills
The ability to reason and problem solve
The ability to multitask

Requirements:
Excellent computer skills
Excellent phone skills
Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs
