About this job

This position is for a one year long contract to hire. There is no relocation assistance offered for this position. This is located in Bloomington, MN near the airport.

Employee will be handling customer service for an appraisal management company. The operations department is the 1st point of contact after an appraisal order is received. Based on the candidates interview and resume the management team will decided what team they will be assigned to within operations.

Teams:

Placement is the scheduling department. They are the first person to receive the order in their que. Based on the location of the property they will schedule the appraisal to be completed. Once scheduled they will put in the system and verify the rate of pay and the turnaround time. Must be comfortable with outbound calls. 60-80 per day

Follow Up Team - They are the processors that make sure that the order is completed within a 5 day turn around time. They will be sending emails and calling to the appraisers assigned to the order.

Customer service Phone team- Inbound phone calls regarding the appraisal order. these can be escalated issues or status updates.
